The newly sworn in American President Donald Trump has signed an executive order suspending the US refugee programme for 120 days, specifically barring Syrian refugees until further notice.
Trump said that this order will significantly help protect its American citizens from potential terorist attack in the country.
"I'm establishing new vetting measures to keep radical Islamic terrorists out of the United States of America. Don't want them here," Trump said earlier on Friday.
The president orders includes a 3 months ban on Islamic countries like Iraq,Sudan, Libya, Somalia, Yemen & Syria. Also all visa issues to Syrian nationals are to be halted & reduction of number of refugees to be accepted down to 50,000
