There are several articles and
blogs talking about weight loss on the internet, every one of those sites talk
about their own style of shedding excess body fats and getting ripped or in
some cases becoming skinny, slim and fit. I want to share with you a very
simple and efficient way to loss that excess fat you got. This technique will
only take you 4-6 months to lose weight depending on your body size. The unique
thing about this article is that it has being tasted, proven by yours truly. All
the things required for this weight loss journey is available very close to you
in a very cheap price. So it doesn’t matter if your stay in Nigeria or some
other country. The technique will work extremely well for all, most especially
people who don’t like to exercise rigorously. In fact, if you are a woman and
your reading this article then you’re in luck, because you are on your way to
shedding those pounds easily and getting a sexy, fit & awesome body. So let’s
get started, to lose that fat you need to follow just a few simple guidelines
that I will be listing below,
Diet
The first mistake most people who
try to loose weight do is restricting their own diet to the extent of starving
themselves, this technique is very wrong, although it may work for some time
you can just keep eating vegetables and quarter servings of food forever just
because you want to look skinny. What you need to do is change the way you eat
your favorite food just a little bit. What does that mean? it means eat like a
normal person would. Three times a day & on time. The adjustments you
should make include

Replace the red meat with white meat if you can’t
give it up, remember do not eat more than 5g a day.
·
Drop those sweet sugary snacks, in fact stay
away from sugar completely till you reach your weight lost target.
·
Do not eat more than one egg a day.
·
When having breakfast lunch or dinner do not eat
more than one serving.
·
Fruit (oranges, apples, watermelon, pineapples
etc.) and vegetables are your friends eat lots of them.
·
Drink lots of water.
·
Always eat your dinner before 9 pm, after that no
more food till the next morning.
Now if you observed all that, the
next thing is
Lemon
This is one of the most important
ingredient that we shall be needing for this technique, you can drink with tea,
food etc. it can also be mixed with some warm water and honey, it has been
proven to contributes immensely to weight lost. It also helps in treating lots
of diseases.
Tea
Yes, there are lots of expensive
slim & weight loss tea out there. That’s not what you need, the first kind
of tea you need to start with is
Black tea:
The black tea must be completely
natural, no any flavors nothing. this tea can be found anywhere in the world,
it is also very cheap a whole packet costs less than $1, if you live in Nigeria
or Africa I recommend Lipton & top tea (they are everywhere). They cost
somewhere between 160-150 naira. Drink black tea as much as possible, just be
the tea dude/girl. During my weight loss process, I actually used two tea bags
for a single cup.
When making it DO NOT ADD SUGAR
AT ALL, but add lemon, it’s very cheap & you can get over 10 pieces for
just a 100 naira. This tea should be drunk at least 6-10 times a day or more.
Green tea
It’s no secret that green helps in losing
weight, it’s extremely effective. This is the second kind of tea you need to
consume for a very long time (preferable 2 months), Drink a cup before breakfast, also you need to
take it at least an hour after every other meal but always drink at like two
cups before you sleep. Remember do not add sugar, only add lemon. NO MIDNIGHT
SNACKS. Green tea can be found in various normal shops & Shop rite across
Nigeria. The complete 100g packet costs just 250 naira. The green tea must be
100% natural with no added flavor’s.
Oolong tea
This is the most expensive kind & with
very good reason. This should be your final weapon against that fat that
plaques your body. Only start using it after the effects of the green tea in
your body has a visible drop. The consumption procedure should be the same as
with green tea. The first stage of usage should be the pure 100% without sugar or lemon. If you still want to kick it up a notch, then add lemon
to each cup you drink. Oolong tea cost somewhere between 1500naira-2000 naira
($7-8) per 500g pack.
RUN & JUMP
I did not say jog, but run, run
at least 3-4 km every single day. Do not jump this schedule. You should continue
with this even after you have achieved your targeted weight. Usually the best
time to run is very early in the morning before breakfast. This distance is
absolutely not that long as it only takes listening to like 2 good songs to
complete it. I highly recommend this especially if you are a guy. The first
time you do this you will feel like your heart is going to fall out after
1-2 km, don’t stop completely just slow down a bit then zoom off again. You
should also jump at least 200 times when you come back from running, this will
be good way to get those six (6) pack abs of our dream.
CYCLING
Get a bicycle if you can’t run,
am not talking about a stationary bicycle. Get a real bicycle and cycle at
least 7 km every day. Cycle like you’re in a competition i.e. extremely fast, preferable
off-road where the sand will be heavy. If you’re going to cycle on road make
sure it has a lot of slight ascensions here and there.
Note:
After achieving your ideal body
weight stop consuming oolong tea completely, green tea (only once in a day) but
get used to drinking black tea without sugar together with lemon. It will keep
you from gaining those pounds back, please try not to go back to junk food and
soft drink. Do not eat junk food more than three times a week, when drinking
soda, it should take you at least 7 days to finish a 50 cl bottle. Don’t worry
it’s doable.
Ladies & women only
need to drink the tea regular and jump at least a 100 times every day, preferable
with a skip rope unless you are in hurry to lose weight. Lemon can also be
added to every dish you take, don’t worry, lemon plus food tastes great.
Guys should always add
running and cycling to the above that I mentioned this is to prevent the slim-fat
effects where the rest of your body is skinny and fit while your stomach looks
like your about to give birth any second.
It should also be noted that all
soft drinks, junk food & soda are prohibited during that period. As this is
one of the main reasons for the excess fat and large protruding stomach. Well,
